2. Flight Cancellations
- All flight cancellations are governed by the airline’s fare rules and policies.

- If a refundable fare is canceled, refunds are processed after airline approval and may take 60–90 days depending on the airline and financial institution.

3. Hotel Cancellations

- Some rates are marked as non-refundable and cannot be canceled or changed once booked.

4. Car Rental Cancellations
- Cancellations for car rentals must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid penalties.
- No refunds are provided for no-shows or cancellations made after the scheduled pickup time.
- Refunds are processed according to the rental agency’s policy and may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.

- Refunds are credited to the original payment source unless otherwise agreed.
8. Partial Cancellations or Modifications

- Flights may not support partial cancellations once issued.
